Riverside Center encourages guests who determine they cannot attend a performance on the day of the show to surrender their ticket(s) so that they may be gifted to another patron. Riverside Center will not resell the ticket(s), nor will Riverside offer any exchanges, gift certificates, or allow a day-of surrendered ticket to be treated as a donation. Surrendered tickets are simply given to guests in need.

Arriving on the Wrong Date or Time/Missed Shows

Riverside Center encourages each guest to review the dates and times on printed tickets and/or receipts at the time of purchase and prior to your arrival for the show. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to arrive on the correct date and time of the performance. Unfortunately, Riverside Center cannot guarantee admittance for guests who arrive on the wrong date, or for the wrong performance time. Tickets for a missed performance will not be exchanged, credited, or donated.

Rescheduled Performances

Riverside Center reserves the right to change the date and/or time of a performance at any time and will make every effort to contact guests affected by these changes. Changes made to any performance schedule will render null and void any printed tickets for the changed performance, and any receipts of purchase which included the original performance date and/or time.

For any such changes, the Box Office will accommodate guests accordingly via a transfer of tickets to a newly scheduled date and time, or an exchange into another show. Once a transfer of tickets to a new date has occurred, it is the responsibility of the guest to arrive on the correct date and time.

Performance Cancellation

In the rare event that Riverside Center must cancel a performance, the Box Office will accommodate guests by exchanging tickets into another show.

It is the responsibility of the guest to correctly read and interpret our online seating map. Riverside Center is not responsible for reseating any guests who have made a booking error online. Riverside Center encourages guests to contact the Box Office prior to placing a web order if they are unclear about any aspects of the theatre.
