Kelly Glyptis joins Potomac Local publisher Uriah Kiser for a heartfelt conversation ahead of her return to the stage in The Sound of Music at Riverside Center for the Performing Arts in Fredericksburg, Va. A Manassas native and graduate of Unity Reed High School (formerly Stonewall), Glyptis has performed internationally—from London’s West End in Phantom of the Opera to opera houses in Lithuania and Idaho. Now, she's back home to take on the role of Mother Abbess through October 6, 2025.
