THIRD COURSE ADDITIONS
POACHED PEAR (possible dairy-free, GF, VEGAN)
A pear is slowly cooked in a spiced dry white wine lathered in a sweet syrup paired with champagne sabayon. *This dessert can be vegan without the sabayon.
Chocolate TRUFFLES (4 total)
Two chocolate cake truffles dipped in a dark chocolate from Belguim topped with infused merlot sea salt. Two carrot cake truffles coated in a bright white chocolate topped with toasted coconut flakes.
GINGERSNAP CREME BRULEE (shared)
Try our smooth creme brulee with gingersnap cookie pieces.
Try our sliced brine roasted turkey breast with Green Bean Casserole, candied yams, stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy.
