Chicken breast marinated in a light beer, braised and slow cooked with onions, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
Hand sliced pork loin, breaded and pan-fried with a sauce made of pineapples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sundried tomatoes and a kiss of brandy.
Salmon fillet topped with a lemon butter beurre blanc sauce, seasoned with hints of white wine, dill, and onion.
CAJUN PASTA PRIMAVERA (Vegetarian)
Fettuccine tossed with fresh sauteed peppers and onions in a cajun cream sauce with a touch of goat cheese. (Can be prepared Gluten-free upon request)
