Grilled chicken breast marinated in light lemon salt, peppercorn, and organic seasoning.
Sliced pork loin, breaded and pan-fried with a sauce made of pineapples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sundried tomatoes and a kiss of brandy.
Salmon fillet topped with a lemon butter beurre blanc sauce, seasoned with hints of white wine, dill and onion (GF)
