Ten batter-dipped and fried mozzarella sticks served with marinara sauce.
All entrées served with mashed potatoes and gravy, house-made cornbread, and a roasted summer vegetable medley of cherry tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, and green beans sprinkled with oregano and parmesan cheese.
SLOW ROASTED BBQ BEEF BRISKET (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Beef brisket, seasoned with a dry-rub combining cumin, paprika, garlic, and onion along with other seasonings, then slow roasted. Served covered in our house made bacon barbecue sauce.
SMOTHERED CHICKEN BREAST
Chicken breast seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic and other spices then baked in a creamy gravy.
Lightly seasoned catfish filet breaded then fried to a golden perfection.
PASTA VEGETABLE SAUTÉE (Vegetarian Option)
Made to order medley of sautéed bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, and asparagus tossed with olive oil, garlic, and fresh parmesan cheese and served atop a bed of fresh pasta. Please allow extra time for preparation as this vegetarian dish is made to order.

A warm chocolate chip brownie served with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with whip cream and a cherry.

A large slice of heavenly moist and fudgy chocolate cake topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PARFAIT (Gluten Free)
Our chef whips up the best little gluten-free shortbread cakes and then builds these parfaits of strawberries, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream.
We cannot provide to go containers as we are unable to safely store leftovers during the show.
