ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED, since many performances sell out. All seating is reserved on a first-come, as-available basis. For the best seating, please reserve 3-4 weeks prior to your preferred performance date.
You may make a reservation by calling the Riverside Center Box Office at 540-370-4300 or (toll-free) 888-999-8527. Please have your credit card ready, since payment for ALL tickets is required when you make your reservation. We accept all major credit cards.
You may also make your reservation and payment in person. Box Office hours are: Monday through Wednesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
When making your reservation, you may request seating in the theater section you prefer (see Detailed Seating Layout). If you reserve for a party of 5 or more people, you may be seated at separate-but-neighboring tables.
Because very young children may become noisy or restless during the performance, disturbing patrons seated nearby, we DO NOT admit children under the age of three years to our Dinner Theater performances. ALL patrons, regardless of age , must have a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: At high-demand Dinner Theater performances, another party may be seated with you - without prior notification - when 2 or more empty seats are available at your table (or table group). If you wish to reserve your table(s) exclusively , an additional fee of $10.00 for each empty seat is required when you initiate your reservation. This fee is non-refundable, but is applicable as a credit toward tickets you may purchase later for additional guests. Exclusive seating is NOT AVAILABLE at Children's Theater performances.
