DINNER THEATER RESERVATIONS
If Riverside Center cancels the performance: We will call you to inform you of the cancellation. You may reschedule your tickets -- without additional charge -- for another performance during the current production run, or receive a refund of your ticket fee.
If the weather is not severe enough to cancel the performance, but you do not wish to attend: You may reschedule your tickets for another performance during the current production run,provided you contact the Box Office at least 5 hours prior to the performance. A rescheduling service charge of $10.00 per ticket is required.
DINNER THEATER GROUP RESERVATIONS (12 or more persons): Please call Caitlin Roupas, Group Sales Manager, at (540) 370-4300 for cancellation information.
CHILDRENS THEATER RESERVATIONS
If Riverside Center cancels the performance: We will call you to inform you of the cancellation. You may reschedule your tickets -- without additional charge -- for another performance during the production run, or receive a refund of your ticket fee.
If the weather is not severe enough to cancel the performance, but you do not wish to attend: You may reschedule your tickets for another performance during the current production run,provided you contact the Box Office at least 3 hours prior to the performance. A rescheduling service charge of $5.00 per ticket is required.
SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS (weekday matinees): If Riverside Center cancels the matinee, you may reschedule -- without charge -- for another performance with available seating, or receive a refund of your ticket fee. If a weather-related closing or cancellation of bus transportation prevents your attending the matinee, please call the Box Office at (540) 370-4300 to leave a message regarding your situation. We will return your call and reschedule your field trip -- without charge -- for another matinee within the next 6 months.
DRAMA CLUB
Drama Club is automatically cancelled if local schools (in particular, Stafford County schools) close because of inclement weather. Drama Club students have been informed of this procedure by their instructor. In special circumstances, the Drama Club instructor will personally contact students regarding cancellation of a session.
