What do your room rental fees include?

Our room rental fees include the use of all of our tables, chairs, linens, dance floors and basic event set up. Food requirements such as chaffing dishes, silverware, barware, and staffing needs etc. are all included in the service charge for your event. Special requirements such as audio visual needs, internet connections services, and business supplies are charged separately on a per client basis. However, there is no need for any special rentals unless the uniqueness of your event requires something out of the ordinary.
